Enhancewell operates a Pilates and treatment studio at 41 Union Square West, Suite 501, New York, NY 10003, and rents that space by the hour to independent practitioners. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry and run a booking relationship. When you submit a tour request or contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, practice or profession, and any message you choose to include. Our forms also record the page you submitted from and, where present, marketing campaign parameters in the URL so we know which pages are useful.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health information, client records, or payment card details through this website.

Analytics and cookies

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may in turn load analytics tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. These record aggregate behaviour — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and the site that referred you — and are used to understand which pages help practitioners find us. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.

How we use your information

Who processes your data

Form submissions are stored in our hosted database and reachable only by studio staff. Website analytics are processed by Google. Email correspondence is handled by our email provider. Each of these providers processes data on our instructions under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are retained for up to 24 months so we can recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Records connected to an active or former rental relationship are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required for tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Pilates@enhancewell.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you asked to receive email from us, every message includes a way to stop.

Security

Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls that limit it to studio staff. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected people promptly if a breach ever puts their information at risk.

Children

This website is intended for adults enquiring about professional space rental and private sessions. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
